What Is Commercial Investment Insights (CII)?

Our training classes, collectively known as “Commercial Investment Insights (CII),” will offer a comprehensive exploration of various facets within the realm of commercial investments.

These classes will be conducted both a member of your team and myself, Amit Grover, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers, who has had the privilege of assisting clients throughout the metro Atlanta area in various commercial investment endeavors.

Media Package

Pre- Seminar meeting (30-60 mins) required with all seminar participants. In this meeting: the run of show, best on-camera readiness practices (i.e. – muting and controlling you lav mic), understanding where all cameras are positioned, etc. will be discussed.

All digital assets that are available shall be emailed prior to seminar filming to film crew to ensure prompt post -production delivery (i.e. – vector logos, name cards, QR codes)

Advanced storyboard delivery to the film crew or detailed desires of final delivery in advance of post -production

Any additional logos, motion graphics of pre-made logos or any other unique branding carries an additional cost

Sound check must be complete no later than 30 mins before showtime

Each sponsor will get 1 free revision before final delivery. Any additional will be at film crew cost discretion, based on scope of work needed

Includes pre-production success planning; Seminar filming; Post-production delivery; Raw data and any unique graphics/logos/voiceover/branding requested

Film Crew consists of a) Director/traffic director; b)Cinematographer; c)Sound engineer — complete with mixing board mic & P.A. system d)Floating Prod. Asst.

I am affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers, based out of Sandy Springs. My practice, however, spans the entire metro Atlanta region. My portfolio of expertise encompasses commercial investments that vary from land, development, medical offices, and shopping centers to hotels, gas stations, and more.

Furthermore, I wear my affiliations with the Georgia Association of Business Brokers and the National Association of Realtors® as a badge of honor, testifying to my commitment and proficiency in the real estate domain.

Next Steps

6. Final Seminar Date

All sponsors are required to be at the event by 4:00 pm to finalize details with the Media Team.

7. Media Delivery

Media will be sent to Sponsors 14 days from the Final Seminar Date.

1. Presentation Agenda

Once the dates/topics are finalized, please provide us with a clear agenda outlining the topic your team will present within the first 10 days. Our team will collaborate closely with you to ensure the content aligns seamlessly with the seminar’s overarching theme, which is the merger of real estate interaction—a specialty of ours.

2. Marketing Collaboration

Once we receive the agenda, our marketing team will swing into action, promoting the event and your specific presentation for a period of 30-45 days. Our combined efforts will maximize outreach to our target audience and ensure a well-attended seminar.

3. Audience Engagement

While you are more than welcome to invite your own customers, our shared goal is to fill the classroom to its total capacity of 60 attendees. This will ensure that we have a room full of engaged participants who are eager to gain knowledge about the topic and potential future customers for both of us.

4. Sponsor Presentation

2 weeks prior to the final seminar, please send a copy of your final presentation

5. Pre-Seminar Media Meeting (Required)

1 week before the final seminar, the Media Team will require a Pre-seminar meeting. Sponsors will be required to send all media-relevant material to the Media Team. Sponsors are also required to submit all final presentations to the Media Team highlighting essential data that needs to be captured in the Media.
