6. Final Seminar Date
All sponsors are required to be at the event by 4:00 pm to finalize details with the Media Team.
5. Pre-Seminar Media Meeting (Required)
1 week before the final seminar, the Media Team will require a Pre-seminar meeting. Sponsors will be required to send all media-relevant material to the Media Team. Sponsors are also required to submit all final presentations to the Media Team highlighting essential data that needs to be captured in the Media.

2 weeks prior to the final seminar, please send a copy of your final presentation
3. Audience Engagement
While you are more than welcome to invite your own customers, our shared goal is to fill the classroom to its total capacity of 60 attendees. This will ensure that we have a room full of engaged participants who are eager to gain knowledge about the topic and potential future customers for both of us.

Once we receive the agenda, our marketing team will swing into action, promoting the event and your specific presentation for a period of 30-45 days. Our combined efforts will maximize outreach to our target audience and ensure a well-attended seminar.

Once the dates/topics are finalized, please provide us with a clear agenda outlining the topic your team will present within the first 10 days. Our team will collaborate closely with you to ensure the content aligns seamlessly with the seminar’s overarching theme, which is the merger of real estate interaction—a specialty of ours.
